Amber is definitely a handful, but she's sweet and lots of fun.
Training: Amber graduated from puppy training. To watch her, you might not realize she's a graduate, but she was so much more challenging when we first got her. She definitely needs to go back to school (or we do) ... maybe after the holidays.
Playing: Amber is fun to watch at the dog-parks ... she plays hard and fast ... and it's really amazing to see all the dogs play together so well ... there's rarely a problem with all these strangers. We've been going to the Wilsonville dog-park, but there are many others to explore ... pictures/videos when we can.
Oh the Shame - Amber forced to dress in holiday garb:
Amber seems to be alergic to Spring ... yay!

Here are Amber's future vet-visits:
- ?/'24 .............. Fecal Exam
- others ............. Heartworm, DHPP, Rabies, Bordatella, etc
(see prior vacc. records)
Note yet complete, but here's where I can store copies of Amber's (Lady Amber) health documents:
- 2023 Pancreatitis
- 2023 Vaccinations: Rabies
- 2022 Mast Cell Tumor
- 2022 Vaccinations: Heartworm, Bordatella, Leptospirosis, Influenza H3N2, others
2022 Inspections: Wellness, Idexx cytology
- Shot Records: need to scan/include this
- Spaying record: need to find/include this
- Worm scare: Ted saw a worm (looked like a round-worm) in her stool. Took her to vet, including 2 stool samples, but they were unable to find anything. We gave her the treatment anyways, just to be sure.
- Eye infection (2020-Jan-25): we noticed eye-crud on Amber yesterday and today, so took her to emergency today (web-search indicates symptoms consistent with conjunctivitis, which can lead to blindness if untreated). Since crud was presenting in both eyes, Dr said it's most likely an alergy, not an infection. Tests confirmed no infection, so treating as alergy.
- Vaccination Day (2020-Oct-09): Amber got shots for Rabies & Bordetella today.
